How can you offer such low prices?
 
When you order directly from the manufacturer, you eliminate the middle man which drastically lowers costs.  We simply pass the savings on to you.  You also get direct communication and personal service to boot.
 
How long will it take for me to get my order?
 
In house processing takes 1-3 business days for items in stock.  Custom work will take longer since each job is unique and made to order (usually 1 to 4 weeks).  Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your distance from our location (Example: USPS usually takes 2 to 3 business days to most locations).
 
How is the order shipped and billed?
 
Shipping is FREE for the continental US only and shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground, unless requested otherwise. Packages are always discreetly.
  
Can you tell me the status of my order?
 
Yes, you will be notified with tracking number when your order goes out.  Or email us and we will update you on status and estimated time of arrival.
 
If I decide that I do not want/like an item, can I return it?
 
Yes, we have a 60 day return policy.  No, that is not a typo.  We believe in our products and we believe we offer a great value.  And we also believe that you shouldn’t have to be stuck with something if you don’t like it.  All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same new condition as when received. Obviously, items that have been used will not be eligible for returns or refunds.  (All Custom order sales and repairs are final and do not apply).

 

Are you serious?  You guys cover the return shipping charges too?

As you know, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the same new condition you received them, and in the original packaging).  To make things as risk free as possible, we will even cover the return shipping charges.  *Return shipping costs cannot exceed our  original shipping cost to you.  Reimbursement of return shipping charges will be in store credit only (up to $15.00 max).

 

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
 
If your order arrives damaged we will replace your item(s). All damaged item(s) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. You must retain the damaged item(s), original box, and packaging materials in case we need to file a claim with shipping carrier. This is generally within 1 week of when we file the damage claim with FedEx or USPS.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
 
We accept checks, money orders, direct bank deposits, and all major credit cards. If you wish to pay by credit card securely offline, please indicate when you place your order and we will process manually.
 
 
Is my personal information secure?
 
Yes, your personal information is safe and we do not share that information with anyone.  We will send you product related information from time to time unless you opt out.  You can read more about our commitment to your privacy in our Privacy Policy.
