Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. GlassBlowersDirect.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. In stock items will usually ship within 1 or 2 business days.
In the event you receive a broken item(s), you must report to us within 48 hours upon receipt. Please retain the damaged item(s), box, and packaging materials in case we need to file a claim with carrier. Obviously, items that have been used will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Packages are always shipped discreetly.

60 Day Return Policy
Yes, we have a 60 day return policy. No, that is not a typo. We believe in our products and we believe we offer a great value. And we also believe that you shouldn’t have to be stuck with something if you don’t like it. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same new condition as when received. Obviously, items that have been used will not be eligible for returns or refunds. (All Custom order sales and repairs are final and do not apply).
Returns With GlassBlowersDirect.com – It’s Easy:
- You can return your merchandise up to 60 days from the purchase date. (custom orders and repairs do not apply)
- Products must be in the same condition you received them (unused) and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected for use or damage(usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

- Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we do not ship to international locations.
- Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses
- Q: How are orders shipped and delivered to Alaska or Hawaii?
A: All shipping is free, and the packages are sent via USPS Mail. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
- Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx or USPS website, depending on who shipped your package.
- Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: In house processing usually takes just 1-2 business days for items in stock. Custom work will take longer since each job is unique and made to order (usually 1 to 4 weeks). Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your distance from our location (Example: USPS usually takes 2 to 3 business days to most locations).
- Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
A: All orders shipped to a destination within the United States are shipped free of charge.
- Q: Will I have to sign for my package?
A: Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion. In addition, any order placed for a gift card will require a signature upon delivery .
