All sales are final. As a courtesy to our valued customers, we will review any product complaints on a case by case basis, and we do aim to please. But as a general rule, all sales are final.. All item(s) received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the package. You must retain the damaged item(s), box, and packaging materials in case FedEx or USPS wants to conduct an inspection. This is generally within 1 week of when we file the damage claim. Obviously, items that have been used will not be accepted as damaged under any circumstances. Once the shipping company approves the claim, we will replace the item(s). No refunds.
